Stephen Talkhouse
Amagansett, NY

Real intimate place for a show. Nice, quiet, respectful audience. Martin Sexton (solo) plays there twice/summer and sells it out every time. I think this would be a great spot for Reid to play with or without AOD.

Colorado! Any of the festivals this summer - Telluride Bluegrass, Rocky Grass, Folks Fest - or the good front range venues any time- Boulder Theater, Fox Theater, Denver Fillmore, Cerevantes, Paramount Theater, Red Rocks as part of a bigger ticket....or hit some of the ski towns with music and music festivals - Steamboat, Aspen Jazz, Vail.

Your music has an audience out here. For the life of me I can't figure out why you don't draw bigger crowds in CO. But maybe now after the Nershi shows you might start to....getting on a ticket with the guys from Yonder would really help your CO exposure in my opinion. Playing with Nershi was the right idea. But IMO a lot of folks who are really into music out here never took SCI seriously. They were ok at best. YMSB is still together and has an active community....young, but active and good at spreading the word....

It has to be my hometown of Chicago. There are actually quite a lot of us fans here and we have some of the biggest venues to pay at. Actually not too fussed where they really play as long as I get to see them live

Have been a really big fan of AOD as far back as I can remember which I suppose really goes to show how bad my memory is! I also run a website selling ear plugs in case your interested.

I second Toad's Place in New Haven, and I have to add NATEVA Music and Camping Fesitval to the list!

2010 NATEVA Festival - July 2nd, 3rd, 4th
Oxford County Fairgrounds
Oxford, Maine

http://www.natevafestival.com/
I don't know where I'm going but I'll get there!

I agree that NATEVA festival would be great for AOD, but the ticket prices are crazy expensive!!

Discounted tix are $179 without camping & $199 with camping. More expensive than VIBES!!!

Maybe another Friday night headlining spot at StrangeCreek would be more reasonable...
